Making shadows within a space

Now I have tried a different approach.

Instead of creating shadows in the space around me I have created a way to make shows in a space that I control.

I have put together a large white cuboid. I made the walls using paper so I could easily cut into it.

Now as I was projecting the shadows before I am going to do the same but after I project the shadows onto a wall of the cuboid I will then cut out the spaces that are not darkened by shadow, allowing the light to pass through and give me another projection of the shadows within the space I have created.
